Returns and refunds

All my products are handmade and carefully prepared.

I cannot accept returns unless there’s a mistake on my end or the item arrives damaged :)

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it. I’ll be happy to replace the product.

Custom Orders

If you order something custom or personalized, these cannot be returned unless I’ve made an error.

Digital Products

All digital downloads are final sale (no refunds/replacements).

International Orders

For international orders, any customs fees or return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
